1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using this site on behalf of a family member or a client, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
2. No medical advice
The content on this website is general information about home care. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed physician or other qualified health professional. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. If this is a medical emergency, call 911.
3. No provider relationship
Viewing this site, or exchanging messages with us through the chat feature, does not create a provider–patient relationship and does not obligate us to provide care. A care relationship begins only after an assessment is completed and a written service agreement is signed by both parties.
4. About our services
Best In Town Home Care Services LLC is licensed by the State of Florida under License #299996856 and provides in-home care services in and around Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Service availability, hours, coverage areas, staffing, and pricing depend on the outcome of an assessment and on caregiver availability, and may change. Descriptions of services on this site are summaries and do not constitute an offer or a guarantee that a particular service will be available to you.
5. Using the chat feature
The chat feature on this site is a convenience for asking questions and requesting a consultation. It is monitored during business hours and may be answered by an automated assistant outside of them, so responses may be delayed.
- Do not use chat to report an emergency, a fall, a medication error, or any urgent clinical concern. Call 911 or your physician.
- Chat is not a secure or encrypted channel. Do not send Social Security numbers, insurance identifiers, financial account details, or detailed medical records through it.
- If you give us a mobile number, you agree to receive text messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- We may retain chat transcripts as a business record.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system
- Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt the site, or place an unreasonable load on it
- Scrape, harvest, or copy content or contact information by automated means
- Use the site or its content to build or train a competing product or service
7. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, layout, and design — is owned by Best In Town Home Care Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires our prior written permission. 8. Testimonials and results
Testimonials on this site reflect the experience of the individual who gave them. They are not a promise or guarantee that you or your family member will have the same experience. Individual circumstances, conditions, and outcomes vary.
9. Third-party links
This site may link to websites and resources we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.
This section applies to your use of the website. It does not limit any obligation we owe you under a signed service agreement or under the laws and regulations that govern licensed home care providers in Florida.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best In Town Home Care Services LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising out of your use of this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of sections 10 and 11 may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence in the delivery of care services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Best In Town Home Care Services LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, except where a longer period is required by law.
14. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website.
